ProofIt is an online management system designed to provide graphic support to the yellow page industry and the first vendor to transmit art via ELITE Graphics. ProofIt enables CMRs to order advertisements, make changes, and further approve those changes from the convenience of their own computers.

We designed ProofIt to simplify the process by which CMRs and AEs access their advertising. The system offers real-time tracking, proofing, spreadsheet billing, and ad history in a hassle-free paperless environment. ProofIt is also capable of relaying pertinent information directly to the publisher even when the advertising material has been generated by an external entity. For accuracy and ease of ordering, ProofIt interfaces with several other ordering and proprietary systems.

ProofIt can display the jobs your CMR currently has in progress. They remain on our system from the time they are entered on ProofIt, during revisions, and until they are shipped.

ProofIt also gives you the ability to search for open or closed jobs. Fill in any relevant fields to narrow your search and find exactly what you're looking for.

ProofIt allows its users to submit new job requests and requests for revisions to artwork in a hassle-free paperless environment. Our system allows CMRs to store, sort, and submit art to our production team and to your publishers.
