American Directory Systems (ADS) has taken a proactive approach to the ELITE Graphics initiative, and is the only industry vendor that has been approved by YPA and the individual directory publishers that are currently supporting this ELITE module - Click here to view YPA's The Insider's Digest). SBC, BellSouth and Verizon (among other publishers) are participating in this initiative, and are looking to include all of their directories by the end of 2005.
ADS has always offered a fulfillment service to the publishers as part of its artwork production service to the Agencies/CMRs (preparing the AWT form with the velox or disk of the ad, forwarding it on to the publisher with confirming copies back to the CMR). In the ELITE Graphics environment, AWT information and the ad graphic files must be sent "electronically" to the publishers in a specific sequence and format – with ADS’ proprietary web-based Proof it! System, we have automated this process. With the "click" of a button, our artwork clients can release their approved art via ELITE Graphics automatically sending the AWT transaction data, encrypted EPS graphic file and PDF "proof" of the ad to the publisher with confirming data sent back to the CMR. We have developed an extremely efficient way for you to utilize the ELITE Graphics module which will, in the not too distant future, become the mandatory process for artwork submittal to the publishers.
